Hi — I’m Chris. And for most of my life, I struggled with food, energy, self-esteem, and the constant feeling that I was “doing everything wrong.”

I overate.
I ate whatever was easy.
I didn’t understand food.
I felt tired more than I felt awake.
And honestly, I didn’t feel good about myself.

I wasn’t lazy. I wasn’t broken.
I was simply misinformed and overwhelmed — and I didn’t have a system that worked for me.

After years of trying every wrong thing, I finally decided to take control. I stopped outsourcing my health to trends, diets, and quick fixes. I started learning. I started simplifying. I started making decisions that supported the version of myself I wanted to become.

And for the first time in my life, something clicked.

That’s how Project Thrive was born.

Project Thrive isn’t a diet, a challenge, or a “plan.”
It’s a complete lifestyle reset built around one mission:

To help everyday people reclaim their energy, confidence, and self-worth through simple, sustainable habits.

I’m building this community for people like me — people who:
